About Us
 Dr. Michael Cole
Ellensburg native and University of Washington alumnus, Dr. Cole is a 1979 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago. The call of the Northwest lured him back, and in 1980 he started a family practice in Ellensburg, where he has served Kittitas Valley patients ever since.
Named Best Dentist in Kittitas County for 2006, Dr. Cole regularly updates his practice with the dental technologies and materials to enhance his patients’ treatment and care. He and his dental team continually expand their knowledge and polish their clinical skills through lectures, workshops, and other dental education programs. His many professional memberships also keep him abreast of new dental developments. The two beliefs driving his passion for continuing education: Constant and Never-Ending Improvement (CANI) and “You don’t know what you don’t know.” He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, and the Yakima County Dental Society.
The fun-loving Dr. Cole enjoys sharing conversation or a good joke with his patients. When he’s not in the office, he and Robin—his wife, best friend, companion, and competitor—keep busy with outdoor activities including golf, cycling, tennis, and yard projects.
 Dr. Green
Dr. Green grew up on a small apple and pear orchard in Cashmere, WA. He attended K-12th grade in the Cashmere school district. After graduating high school he graduated from Eastern Washington University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Green then attended Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, graduating with his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry.
Dr. Green is committed to giving his patients the highest standard of care. He believes that every dental experience should be positive, and strives to educate his patients so that they can make informed decisions during the treatment planning process resulting in optimum oral health. Dr. Green is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Washington State Dental Association.
During his free time Dr. Green can be found spending time with his wife Kelli. He enjoys anything that involves the outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking, golfing and tennis.
 Dr. Kevin Johnson
Pearl Care Dental is proud to announce our new associate, Dr. Kevin Johnson. This second-generation dentist is a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner, raised in Pendleton, Oregon. He currently resides in Wenatchee, Washington. He is a proud graduate of Washington State University and went on to receive his dental degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. After providing two years of service operating a group management dental clinic in Wenatchee, Dr. Johnson is eager to bring his services to Pearl Care Dental.
Dr. Johnson and his wife DeLane moved to North Central Washington after numerous visits to the area. With each visit they realized the weather and easy access to all outdoor amenities was what they were looking for. He and his wife live with their two dogs, Timber and Wrigley, in Wenatchee. Their hobbies include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, rock climbing, wakeboarding, cycling, running and anything else they can find to do outside in this beautiful part of Washington. Dr. Johnson can’t wait to meet new patients and friends and continue the tradition of excellent dental care for which Pearl Care Dental has become synonymous.
